Providing weekly bedside flower arrangements for San Diegans in hospice care.
In our ongoing commitment to brighten the lives of those often in their twilight days, we create new arrangements weekly. Each bouquet is unique since our floral donation sources always vary. Take a moment to see some of our past examples.
"What does our name mean?"
Derived from the Greek words “helio” for sun and “tropos” to turn, “heliotropic” flowers can move, turning or curving (as of a sunflower head) toward sunlight. As the earth spins and revolves around the sun, the subtle movements of nature mark the passage of time, a powerful symbol of life.
